"I purchased a 2007 VTX 1300 a few weeks ago; it has been a great experience dealing with the guys at I-35 Honda.
Recently I had a blow out and was stuck on the side of the freeway in San Antonio. I contacted the service department at another dealership (because is was closer to my location); the people in the service department were rude and because it was close to closing time, they were not willing to help me. As a last resort, I contacted I-35 Honda which was approximately 35 miles from my location and have the same business hours; I was treated like a friend who was stranded and was allowed to have my bike taken to one of the staff's house who lived nearby; He transported it to the dealership the following day for me!!!! This is far above an beyond any customer service I have ever received.
I will be recommending this dealership to all of my friends. May your business be blessed and prosper.
